If you are starting from the town of Sal Rei, head southwest on Avenida dos Pescadores towards Rua 5 de Julho. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida de Praia. Follow this road, which will turn into a dirt path, for about 3 km. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Chaves Beach.
