We loved this activity, I had wanted to go to see the other villages on the island but my partner wasn't as up for it so when we found this trip that combined the typical lemon shark, salt lake, blue eye tour with seeing the towns on the island it was a really good option for us. It is a long day so if you have fussy children it could be a bit much, but we both were really happy we picked this tour over the shorter versions. The salt lake was the highlight for me, I preferred it to my experience of the dead sea, really nice environment and I saw a couple of birds I hadn't seen before so if you're a birdwatcher you could get lucky too. My partner liked the lemon sharks best, it really is amazing how many and how big they are, they just swim between and around your legs totally unbothered - really great experience. You really feel like you've seen the whole island at the end of this tour, seeing the different habitats of the local people is something I always feel is important to do, the shanty towns really are interesting to see and theres a lovely fishing town you will walk through too. Lunch was provided in the capital at what seemed like the family restaurant and consisted of a buffet where you could pay a set fee for a certain amount of unlimited things or you could weigh your plate (never come across that!) and pay that way. We had a fab time, our driver Ismael was a great funny guy and we felt safe with his driving, the tour guide Yanik was lovely, informative and spoke very good English. We loved this tour, don't let the small number of reviews put you off as that was my main reservation when booking.
