Walking
From the center of Espargos, head west on Avenida de Amílcar Cabral. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Rua 1 de Maio and walk until you reach the main bus terminal in Espargos. From there, you can catch a local bus heading to Murdeira. Make sure to ask the bus driver to drop you off at Calheta Funda. The bus ride should take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Murdeira, walk towards M323+9W2; Calheta Funda is a short walk from where the bus drops you off. Follow the signs to the nature preserve.

Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Espargos to Calheta Funda. Head to any taxi stand in the center of Espargos and inform the driver that you want to go to Calheta Funda in Murdeira. The journey will take about 20 minutes, and the driver will take you straight to the entrance of the nature preserve.

Bicycle
For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Espargos. Start your journey by heading west on Avenida de Amílcar Cabral, and then follow the cycling paths towards Murdeira. The ride is approximately 10 kilometers and takes about 40 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye out for signs directing you to Calheta Funda as you approach Murdeira.
