Start from the center of Espargos, at the main square (Praça Alexandre de Almeida). From the square, head northwest on Rua 5 de Julho. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street, where it intersects with Rua da Liberdade. Turn left onto Rua da Liberdade and follow it until you see the sign for Murdeira on your right. Once you reach the Murdeira area, continue straight until you arrive at the coordinates M2X9+F9H, where Monte Leão is located.

From Espargos, take a local 'aluguer' (shared taxi) heading towards Murdeira. These can be found at various points in the town, especially near Praça Alexandre de Almeida. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Monte Leão. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Murdeira, follow the main road and look for the coordinates M2X9+F9H, which is the location of Monte Leão.
