Getting There

  • Walking

    From Espargos, head south on Avenida 5 de Julho. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida de Praia. Walk for another 1.5 kilometers until you see a sign for Santa Maria. Follow the signs towards Santa Maria, which will lead you to Rua 1 de Julho. Continue on this road, and it will take you directly to the Pier of Santa Maria. The pier is located near the beach and is marked by its distinct structure.

    From the central bus station in Espargos, take a bus heading towards Santa Maria. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Santa Maria, disembark at the last stop.
