Car
From Praia de Cruz, head southeast on the main road towards Ribeira Grande. Continue driving for approximately 10 kilometers. You will pass through small villages and scenic landscapes. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards Chaves Beach. Once you reach the fork in the road near the village of Ponta do Sol, take the left turn and continue straight until you see signs for Chaves Beach. There is a small parking area available near the beach, which is free of charge.
