From the center of Praia, start at Praça Alexandre de Almeida, the main square. Head southwest on Avenida 5 de Julho for about 1 km until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida de Portugal. Continue straight for approximately 500 meters until you reach the beachfront area. Turn left onto the coastal path, which will lead you directly to Prainha Beach. The beach entrance will be clearly marked, and you will see the beautiful coastline ahead.

From Praça Alexandre de Almeida, walk to the nearby bus station located at Avenida 5 de Julho. Look for local buses heading towards the 'Prainha' route (these may be labeled as 'Praia' or 'Prainha'). After disembarking, follow the signs or walk a short distance towards the beach entrance, which is visible from the bus stop.
