Start your journey at the main square in Sal Rei, Praça Estrela. Head northeast towards the beach, following the road along the coast. Continue straight until you reach the fork in the road at the end of the beach. Take the left path that leads away from the coast into the village. As you walk, keep an eye out for local signs and landmarks to guide you through the residential areas. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the outskirts of Rabil. Continue straight until you see signs for Chaminé de Chaves, which is located at 43JV+4V8, Chaves, Boa Vista. The landmark is about a 10-minute walk from the center of Rabil.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Sal Rei. Begin at Praça Estrela and ride northeast towards the coast. Follow the coastal road until you reach the fork; take the left path into the village. The ride should take approximately 30 minutes. After arriving in Rabil, follow the signs towards Chaminé de Chaves, located at 43JV+4V8. The cycling path is mostly flat, making it a pleasant ride.
