From Anaheim, head to the nearest ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) bus stop. Take the ART bus line 10 towards Disneyland/ARTIC. Get off at the ARTIC station (Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center). From there, transfer to the Metrolink train service. Board the Metrolink train on the Orange County Line towards Los Angeles Union Station. Disembark at the Carson station (approximately a 40-minute ride). Once you exit the station, walk east towards Avalon Blvd. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach Dignity Health Sports Park at 18400 Avalon Blvd.

Start by cycling south on S Harbor Blvd, then turn left onto W Katella Ave. Continue on W Katella Ave until you reach the Santa Ana River Trail. Follow the trail south until you reach the Pacific Coast Highway (CA-1). From there, turn right and bike towards Carson. After approximately 10 miles, take a left onto Avalon Blvd, and Dignity Health Sports Park will be on your right.
