Discover more about Grizzly Peak

Grizzly Peak transports visitors to a 1950s-era Californian National Park, complete with towering pines and the iconic, bear-shaped Grizzly Peak. The area's design is inspired by Yosemite's Half Dome and El Capitan, evoking the grandeur of the Sierra Nevada. The land tells the tale of Ah-ha-le the Coyote and Oo-soo-ma-te the Grizzly Bear, who agreed that the Grizzly would watch over the land. When people tried to chase the bear away, the Coyote turned the Grizzly into stone so he could never be driven away. This legend explains the mountain's unique shape. Grizzly Peak is home to Grizzly River Run, a whitewater raft adventure that sends guests spinning through roaring rapids and mountain caverns. For a more relaxed experience, Grizzly Trail offers a serene nature walk past Grizzly Falls. The Redwood Creek Challenge Trail provides a wilderness-themed play area for children.
