Walking
From the Downtown Disney District, head towards the Disneyland Park entrance located at the end of Downtown Disney. You will find the entrance to Disneyland Park after passing through security screening. Once inside, proceed straight ahead. Follow the main pathway leading into the park, and continue walking until you reach the Frontierland area. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is located in the Frontierland section of Disneyland, near the entrance to the area. The ride is well-marked with signs, and you should see it on your right side as you approach the area.
