If you're near the Disneyland Resort, look for the ART bus stops located along Harbor Boulevard or Katella Avenue. Take the ART bus that goes to Disneyland Resort. The bus will drop you off at the main entrance of Disneyland Park. From there, enter Disneyland Park and follow the signs to Disney California Adventure Park. Once inside, head towards Grizzly Peak, which is located at the back of the park near the 'Soarin' Over California' attraction. It should take about 20-30 minutes depending on your starting point and wait times.
