    From San Diego, take I-8 E for approximately 50 miles. Take exit 40 for CA-79 toward Julian. Follow CA-79 N for 15 miles until you reach K Q Ranch Road. Turn left onto K Q Ranch Road, and the California Wolf Center will be on your right after about half a mile. Parking is available on-site.

    To reach the California Wolf Center via public transportation, take the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) bus route 888 from downtown San Diego to the town of Julian. This bus runs a few times a day, so check the schedule in advance. Once in Julian, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to reach the California Wolf Center, which is about 6 miles away from the town center.
