Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving to Burr Mansion, take US-101 North or I-280 North depending on your starting point. From US-101, take the exit for Lombard St towards the Marina District. Continue on Lombard St until you reach Steiner St, then turn left onto Steiner St. After a few blocks, turn right onto Vallejo St. Burr Mansion will be on your left at 1772 Vallejo St. Parking in the area may be limited, so be prepared to find street parking which may cost around $2 per hour.

• Public Transportation (Muni)

  To reach Burr Mansion via Muni, take the 30 or 43 bus lines to the 'Lombard St & Steiner St' stop. From there, walk two blocks to the east on Lombard St and then turn left onto Vallejo St. Burr Mansion is located at 1772 Vallejo St. A one-way fare on Muni is $3.00, and you can purchase a ticket from the driver or use the MuniMobile app.

• Public Transportation (BART + Muni)

  If you're coming from outside San Francisco, take BART to the 'Embarcadero' station. From Embarcadero, transfer to the Muni Metro and take the 'N' line towards Ocean Beach. Get off at the 'California St & Van Ness Ave' stop. Walk three blocks north on Van Ness Ave until you reach Lombard St, then turn left and walk two blocks to Vallejo St. Turn left onto Vallejo St, and Burr Mansion will be at 1772 Vallejo St. The BART fare varies based on distance, and Muni fare is $3.00.
