From San Mateo, head to the San Mateo Caltrain Station located at 2nd Ave & E. 25th Ave. Take the northbound Caltrain towards San Francisco. The train ride to the San Francisco station will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the San Francisco Caltrain Station, exit the station and walk towards the Muni bus stop located outside the station. Take the Muni Bus Line T (Third Street) towards the Embarcadero. Ride the bus for about 12 minutes and get off at the stop named 'Mission St & 1st St'. From there, walk east on Mission St for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Salesforce Tower located at 415 Mission St.
