    To get to Sutro Tower from downtown Berkeley, start by walking to the nearest BART station, which is the Downtown Berkeley station. Take a BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Get off at the Montgomery St. station in San Francisco. From there, exit the station and walk to the Montgomery St. and Market St. bus stop. Take the M-Ocean View Muni Metro line towards Balboa Park. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the West Portal station. From West Portal, transfer to the 37-Corbett bus. Ride for about 10 minutes until you reach the Sutro Tower stop. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the tower.

    If you prefer to walk, you can walk to the nearest bus stop on Telegraph Ave & Bancroft Way and take the 51B bus towards San Francisco. Get off at the 19th Ave & Winston Dr stop. From there, it's about a 20-minute walk uphill to Sutro Tower. Follow the signs towards Sutro Tower, or use a navigation app for the best walking route.
