From Solano Avenue, walk north on Indian Rock Avenue for approximately three blocks. The park is located on both sides of the street, with the main rock outcropping on the west side. The walk is moderately uphill.

Several bus lines serve the area near Indian Rock Park. From downtown Berkeley, take the 7 or 18 bus towards Northbrae. Get off at the Arlington Av & Indian Rock Path stop, which is a 3-minute walk to the park. A single ride on AC Transit costs $2.50.
