From downtown Berkeley, head to the nearest bus stop at Shattuck Ave & Addison St. Take the AC Transit Bus 40 towards 'El Cerrito del Norte BART.' Bicycle
Start from the UC Berkeley campus and head north on Telegraph Ave towards University Ave. Turn right onto University Ave and continue until you reach San Pablo Ave. Take a left on San Pablo Ave and follow it as it turns into Arnold Dr. Continue on Arnold Dr for about 10 miles. Meadowcroft Wines will be on your right at 23574 Arnold Dr 121, Suite, Sonoma, CA 95476. Be sure to follow the bike lanes and traffic laws for safety.
Walking
While it’s quite a distance to walk directly from Berkeley to Meadowcroft Wines, you can start by walking to the nearest bus station or bike rental service. If you are determined to walk, head north on Shattuck Ave towards University Ave. Continue straight until you reach San Pablo Ave, and then head north. This will take you towards Arnold Dr. It’s approximately a 10-mile walk, which may take several hours, so it's advisable to combine this with public transportation.
