If you are already in the downtown area, the Welcome Center is easily accessible on foot. From Main Street, walk east towards the Napa River. First Street Napa will be on your right, and the Welcome Center is located on the third floor.

From the Soscol Gateway Transit Center, walk north on Soscol Avenue, then turn left onto 1st Street. The Welcome Center will be on your right within the First Street Napa complex.
