Ride for about 20 minutes until you reach the 'Napa & 1st St' stop in Napa. From there, transfer to the Vine Transit Route 10 towards the Oxbow Preserve. Ride for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the stop at McKenzie Dr. Walk a short distance to the entrance of Oxbow Preserve.

Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Berkeley. From downtown, head north on Shattuck Ave, and then turn right onto University Ave. Follow University Ave as it turns into CA-123, leading you to Napa. Upon entering Napa, continue to follow signs for McKenzie Dr. The ride will take about an hour, and you'll enjoy beautiful views along the way.

If you're feeling adventurous, start at the Berkeley Marina. Walk along the waterfront path towards the north until you reach the intersection of Marina Blvd and University Ave. Continue north on University Ave until you reach the bus stop at 'Napa & 1st St'. From there, you can take the bus as outlined above. This option involves a longer walk to reach the bus stop but is a scenic route.
