From downtown Berkeley, walk to the nearest bus stop at Shattuck Ave and University Ave. Take the AC Transit Bus Line 7 towards the North Berkeley BART Station. Ride for about 20 minutes until you reach the 'Napa & 1st St' stop in Napa. From there, transfer to the Vine Transit Route 10 towards the Oxbow Preserve. Ride for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the stop at McKenzie Dr. Walk a short distance to the entrance of Oxbow Preserve.
