From the Berkeley downtown area, walk to the nearest bus stop for AC Transit Line 51B or 52. Board the bus heading towards San Francisco. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Salesforce Park' stop, which is located on Mission St. Walk a short distance to the entrance at 425 Mission St.

Head to the nearest BART station in Berkeley (Downtown Berkeley or North Berkeley). Purchase a ticket to the Embarcadero station in San Francisco. The train ride will take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Embarcadero station, exit and walk towards Mission St. It will take approximately 10 minutes to walk to Salesforce Park at 425 Mission St.
