From any location in Berkeley, find the nearest AC Transit bus stop. Take the 51 line towards San Francisco. The bus ride will take about 30-40 minutes. You will get off at the stop that intersects with Market Street. From there, walk to the Embarcadero and transfer to the 8, 10, or 12 Muni bus. Get off at the stop at Filbert St & Stockton Street.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local bike-sharing service. Start by heading towards the Berkeley Marina, then follow the Bay Trail towards San Francisco. Cross the Golden Gate Bridge (note that there are bike lanes). After crossing, navigate towards Fort Mason and down to the waterfront. Continue on to Fisherman’s Wharf and follow the signs to Filbert St & Stockton Street.
