If you're at the Big Sur River Inn, head north on Highway 1 for about 24 miles until you reach the junction with Carmel Valley Road. Turn left onto Carmel Valley Road and continue for approximately 3 miles. Then, turn right onto Los Altos Drive. Huckleberry Hill will be on your left. The total walking distance is about 5 miles and may take roughly 1.5 to 2 hours.

Starting from the Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park, bike north on Highway 1. After about 12 miles, turn left onto Carmel Valley Road. Ride for another mile and turn right onto Los Altos Drive.
