Getting There

  • Metro

    From Burbank, head to the Burbank Downtown Metrolink Station located at 200 S Front St. Take the Metrolink train on the Ventura County Line towards Los Angeles. Get off at the Union Station stop, which is approximately a 20-minute ride. Once you arrive at Union Station, exit the station and follow the signs for the Metro Gold Line. Board the Gold Line train towards Atlantic and ride for about 3 stops until you reach the Little Tokyo/Arts District Station. Exit the train and walk northeast on 1st St towards Central Ave. The Japanese American National Museum will be on your left at 100 N Central Ave.

  • Bus

    From Burbank, walk to the nearest bus stop at 4th St and Olive Ave (Bus Stop ID: 7391). Take the Metro Bus Line 94 towards the North Hollywood Station. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop at 1st St and Central Ave. From there, walk east on 1st St, then turn left onto Central Ave. The Japanese American National Museum will be on your right at 100 N Central Ave.

    If you are near the Burbank Town Center, you can take a scenic walk towards the museum. Start at the Burbank Town Center and head southeast on N San Fernando Blvd. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Olive Ave, then turn left. Walk along Olive Ave until you reach the Metrolink station. From there, follow the Metro Guidance options above to get to the museum.
