Getting There

• Public Bus

  From Burbank City Hall, walk to the bus stop at 275 E Olive Ave. Catch the Metro Bus Line 166, which will take you towards Calabasas. Stay on the bus until you reach the Las Virgenes Rd. & Agoura Rd. stop. From there, walk south on Las Virgenes Road for about 1.5 miles until you arrive at Malibu Creek State Park, located at 1925 Las Virgenes Road.

• Bicycle

  Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Burbank and head towards the Burbank Bike Path. Follow the path south until you reach the intersection with the Los Angeles River. Continue along the river until you can turn onto the Las Virgenes Road. This route is approximately 10 miles long and will lead you directly to Malibu Creek State Park.

• Walking

  If you're feeling adventurous, you can walk to Malibu Creek State Park. Start from Burbank Town Center and head west until you reach San Fernando Blvd. Walk south on San Fernando Blvd. until you reach the intersection with Ventura Blvd. (CA-134). From there, continue walking west along Ventura Blvd. for about 4 miles until you reach Las Virgenes Rd. Turn left on Las Virgenes Road and walk about 1.5 miles to the park entrance.

• Rideshare (e.g., Uber or Lyft)

  Open your rideshare app and set your destination to Malibu Creek State Park, 1925 Las Virgenes Road, Calabasas, CA 91302. The driver will pick you up from your location in Burbank and take you directly to the park. This is the most convenient option if you prefer not to walk or use public transport.
