Bus
From Burbank Town Center (the central shopping area), walk to the bus stop at 4th St & San Fernando Blvd. Take the Metro Bus Line 96 towards Universal City. After about 20 minutes, get off at the Universal City Station. From the bus stop, follow the signs to the Universal CityWalk and walk towards the entrance of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which is located at 100 Universal City Plaza.

Walk to the Burbank Downtown Metro Station located at 201 N Front St. Board the Metro Red Line train towards Union Station. After about 30 minutes, transfer at the Hollywood/Highland station to the Metro 222 Bus towards Universal Studios. Get off at the Universal City Station, and follow the directions to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at 100 Universal City Plaza.

If you are near Universal Studios Hollywood, you can walk directly to the entrance of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Follow Universal Studios Blvd, and keep to the left towards the park entrance. It should take around 10-15 minutes from the main entrance to reach The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
