    Public Bus

    From Castro Valley, walk to the nearest bus stop on Castro Valley Blvd. Catch the AC Transit Bus Line 39 towards San Leandro. Ride until you reach the Bay Fair BART Station. Transfer to the BART train towards Richmond. Ride the train until you reach the Embarcadero Station. From there, transfer to the Golden Gate Transit Bus 30 towards Marin Headlands. Get off at the Marin Headlands stop. Follow the signs to the main attractions.

    Bicycle

    Start from Castro Valley and bike towards the nearest BART station, Castro Valley BART. Take the BART train to Embarcadero Station. Once you arrive, rent a bike from a local bike rental near the station. Follow the bike paths along the waterfront to the Golden Gate Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue biking until you reach Marin Headlands. Look for designated bike paths leading to the attractions.

    Walking

    If you are near the Castro Valley BART station, walk towards the station and take the BART to Embarcadero Station. From Embarcadero, you can either take a bus or walk to the ferry terminal. Board a ferry to Sausalito. Once in Sausalito, you can either walk or rent a bike to head towards Marin Headlands. Follow the scenic routes along the coast until you reach the park entrance.
