From Castro Valley, walk to the nearest bus stop on Castro Valley Blvd & Redwood Rd. Catch the AC Transit Line 33 towards San Francisco. Ride for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at 14th St & Harrison St. Transfer to the Muni Line 30 at the nearby bus stop and ride for about 15 minutes to the stop at California St & Kearny St. From there, walk for about 5 minutes to reach St Mary's Square at 651 California St.

Start by biking from Castro Valley along Castro Valley Blvd heading northwest. Continue onto Foothill Blvd, then merge onto the San Francisco Bay Trail. Follow the trail north for approximately 12 miles, enjoying the scenic views. Once you arrive in San Francisco, navigate towards the Embarcadero and then head west to reach California St. St Mary's Square will be on your left at 651 California St.

If you prefer walking, head to the Castro Valley BART station. Take the BART train to the Montgomery St station in San Francisco. From the station, exit and walk north on Montgomery St for about 7 minutes. At California St, turn left and walk for another 3 minutes to arrive at St Mary's Square located at 651 California St.
