Start at the Castro Valley BART station. Board a southbound BART train towards Fremont. Ride for one stop and get off at the Hayward BART station. Once you exit the station, head to the bus stop located at the corner of B Street and Mission Boulevard. Take the AC Transit bus #60, which goes towards Hayward. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop at D Street and Civic Center Drive. From there, walk west on D Street for about 10 minutes. The Sulphur Creek Nature Center will be on your left at 1801 D St, Hayward, CA 94541.

If you are starting in Castro Valley, you can walk to the Sulphur Creek Nature Center by heading north on Castro Valley Boulevard.
