Public Transit - Bus
From Castro Valley BART Station, take the BART train heading towards San Francisco. Get off at the 24th Street Mission Station. From there, transfer to the Muni bus line 33 towards Stonestown. Ride the bus until you reach the corner of Stanyan St. and Haight St. Walk west on Haight St. until you reach Ashbury St, then turn left. Walk south on Ashbury St. for about 2 blocks until you reach 710 Ashbury St.
Walking
If you are nearby in Castro Valley, you can walk to the Castro Valley BART Station. Once you arrive, take the BART train to the 24th Street Mission Station. From there, walk to the Muni bus stop and take bus line 33 towards Stonestown. This will take you to the intersection of Stanyan St. and Haight St. After getting off the bus, walk west along Haight St. and turn left onto Ashbury St. Continue walking south for 2 blocks until you arrive at 710 Ashbury St.

The driver will pick you up from your current location in Castro Valley and take you directly to the Grateful Dead House.
