From downtown Chula Vista, walk to the nearest bus stop on 3rd Ave & E St. Take the Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) bus route 701 towards San Diego. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop at E Mission Bay Dr & Pacific Beach Dr. From there, walk east along E Mission Bay Dr for about 10 minutes to reach Fiesta Island at 1590 E Mission Bay Dr.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from a local shop in Chula Vista. Start your ride heading north on 3rd Ave. Continue on 3rd Ave until you reach the San Diego Bay Trail. Follow the trail west until you reach the coast, then continue riding along the waterfront until you reach E Mission Bay Dr. Turn left and ride along E Mission Bay Dr for about 5 minutes to reach Fiesta Island.
