The Otay Mountain Trailhead will be on your left at 14615 Otay Lakes Rd.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local shop in Chula Vista. Start from the Civic Center Plaza and head east on 3rd Ave. Continue onto H St and follow it until you reach Otay Lakes Rd. Turn right onto Otay Lakes Rd and ride for about 5 miles. The Otay Mountain Trailhead will be on your left at 14615 Otay Lakes Rd. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow traffic rules.

For those who enjoy a hike before reaching the trailhead, you can start your walk from the Chula Vista Marina. Head east on E St towards 3rd Ave, then turn left on 3rd Ave and continue until you reach H St. Follow H St until you reach Otay Lakes Rd. Turn right and walk about 5 miles until you arrive at the Otay Mountain Trailhead located at 14615 Otay Lakes Rd. Be prepared for a long walk and bring water.
