If you're traveling by car, start on Interstate 10 (I-10) heading east. Take the exit toward California State Route 95 (CA-95) near Blythe. Proceed on CA-95 for approximately 30 miles until you reach Needles. From Needles, turn onto Needles Highway (Route 95) and head southeast for about 15 miles until you reach the entrance to the Dead Mountains Wilderness. There are no entrance fees required, but ensure your vehicle has sufficient fuel as services are limited in the area.

If you're using public transportation, take a Greyhound bus to Needles, CA. Once you arrive at the Needles bus station, consider renting a car from one of the local rental agencies.
