    Start at the Coronado Ferry Landing, which is located at 1201 1st St, Coronado, CA. Board the ferry to San Diego, which operates regularly throughout the day. The ferry ride takes about 15 minutes and offers beautiful views of the bay. Upon arriving at the Broadway Pier in San Diego, disembark and head towards the Gaslamp Quarter.

  • Walking

    From the Broadway Pier, walk straight on Broadway Street heading east. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach 4th Avenue. Turn right on 4th Avenue and walk south. After another 0.3 miles, take a left onto Elm Street, which leads you directly into Balboa Park. Once in the park, follow the signs towards Cabrillo Bridge, which is located at the north end of the park.

  • Public Transportation

    After arriving at the Broadway Pier, you can also take the San Diego Trolley. Walk to the nearest trolley station at 1st Avenue and Broadway. Board the Blue Line trolley heading towards San Ysidro. Get off at the 'City College' station and transfer to the Green Line heading towards Old Town. Disembark at 'Old Town' and transfer to a bus that goes towards Balboa Park. Once you arrive at the park, follow the signs to Cabrillo Bridge.
