Walking
To get to Fletcher Cove Beach Park from the center of Coronado, start at Orange Avenue and proceed towards the Coronado Ferry Landing. Walk towards the ferry terminal, which is located at 1201 1st St, Coronado, CA 92118. Take the ferry to downtown San Diego, which operates frequently throughout the day. Once you arrive at San Diego, disembark and head to the Santa Fe Depot. From the depot, catch the Coaster train towards Oceanside and get off at Solana Beach Station. Upon arriving at Solana Beach Station, exit the station and walk south on S Sierra Ave for about 0.5 miles until you reach 111 S Sierra Ave, the address of Fletcher Cove Beach Park.
Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in Coronado. Start at the Coronado Ferry Landing and bike along the scenic route towards the Silver Strand. Continue north on the bike path until you reach the intersection with S Sierra Ave. Turn left onto S Sierra Ave and bike for about 1.5 miles until you arrive at Fletcher Cove Beach Park, located at 111 S Sierra Ave, Solana Beach.
Public Transportation
For public transportation, begin at the Coronado Ferry Landing and take the ferry to downtown San Diego. Once you disembark, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) Route 101 or Route 30, which go towards Solana Beach. Get off at the stop near S Sierra Ave. Walk south on S Sierra Ave for about 0.3 miles until you reach Fletcher Cove Beach Park located at 111 S Sierra Ave, Solana Beach.
