Getting There

Bicycle
From the center of Coronado, head towards the Coronado Ferry Landing. Take the bike path along the waterfront which offers beautiful views of the San Diego skyline. Continue on the bike path until you reach the end of the peninsula, then turn left onto 3rd Street. Follow 3rd Street until you reach Orange Avenue, then turn right. Continue straight until you reach the intersection of 4th Street and Orange Avenue. Take a left onto 4th Street and follow it as it turns into the Coronado Bridge bike lane. Follow the signs to Escondido. Once you are in Escondido, navigate to Summit Drive where Hungry Hawk Vineyards & Winery is located at 3255 Summit Dr.

Public Transit
Start at the Coronado Ferry Landing and catch the San Diego Ferry to downtown San Diego. Once you arrive, head to the Santa Fe Depot and catch the North County Transit District (NCTD) COASTER train towards Oceanside. Get off at the Escondido station. From there, you can take a local bus (NCTD Route 394) that goes towards Summit Drive. Get off at the nearest stop to Hungry Hawk Vineyards & Winery, which is located at 3255 Summit Dr.

If you prefer walking, start from the Coronado Ferry Landing and head towards the Coronado Bridge. Walk across the bridge which provides stunning views of the city and the bay. Once you reach the other side, you will be in San Diego. Continue walking straight until you reach the Mission Valley area. From there, navigate towards the NCTD COASTER station where you can catch a train to Escondido. After arriving in Escondido, walk to Summit Drive; Hungry Hawk Vineyards & Winery is located at 3255 Summit Dr.
