Public Transit
To reach the Honda Center from Costa Mesa, start by taking the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Bus 55 from the Costa Mesa Station (located at 695 W 19th St, Costa Mesa). Board the bus heading towards the Santa Ana station. After approximately 20 minutes, disembark at the Santa Ana Station. From there, transfer to the Metrolink train towards Los Angeles and get off at the Anaheim station. Once you arrive at the Anaheim station, you can take a short 15-minute walk to the Honda Center, which is located at 2695 E Katella Ave. Follow Katella Ave heading east until you reach the arena.
Bicycle
If you're up for a bike ride, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Costa Mesa. From there, head north on Newport Blvd towards the 405 Freeway. Once you reach the freeway, turn left onto Barranca Parkway and then turn right onto E Katella Ave. Follow Katella Ave for about 6 miles until you reach the Honda Center. The ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.
Walking
If you're in the Costa Mesa downtown area, you can start walking towards the nearest bus stop on 19th St. Take the OCTA Bus 55 towards Santa Ana as mentioned earlier. Once you arrive at the Santa Ana station, switch to the Metrolink train towards Los Angeles and get off at the Anaheim station. From the Anaheim station, it's a 15-minute walk to the Honda Center. Follow the signs for Katella Ave and head east. This route will take you through some nice neighborhoods and local shops.
