Public Bus
If you are in Costa Mesa, head to the nearest bus stop on 19th Street or Baker Street. Catch the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Bus Route 57 or 1 that heads towards Irvine. Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the Von Karman Avenue stop in Irvine. From there, walk east on Von Karman Avenue for about 5 minutes. The Jack & Shanaz Langson Institute & Museum of California Art (Langson IMCA) will be on your left at 18881 Von Karman Ave #100.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services in Costa Mesa. Start by heading north on Fairview Road and then take a right onto MacArthur Boulevard. Continue on MacArthur Boulevard until you reach Von Karman Avenue; take a left. The museum is approximately a 20-25 minute ride from central Costa Mesa. Look for bike racks near the entrance to park your bicycle.

If you are close enough to the museum, you can simply walk there. From the south end of Costa Mesa, head north along the nearest major street towards MacArthur Boulevard. Once you reach MacArthur Boulevard, turn left and walk until you reach Von Karman Avenue. Turn right on Von Karman Avenue and continue walking for about 15-20 minutes. The museum will be on your right at 18881 Von Karman Ave #100.
