If you are starting from the Costa Mesa City Hall located at 77 Fair Drive, walk south on Fair Drive until you reach the intersection with 19th Street. Turn left onto 19th Street and continue walking until you reach Arlington Drive. Turn right onto Arlington Drive, and TeWinkle Park will be on your left at 970 Arlington Drive. The total walking distance is about 1.5 miles and should take approximately 30-35 minutes.

From the Costa Mesa Metrolink Station, take the OCTA Bus Route 55 heading towards the South Coast Plaza. Get off at the stop on 19th Street & Arlington Drive. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes, and the walk from the bus stop to the park will take around 5 minutes.
