Car

If you're driving, start by getting on I-880 S from your current location in East Bay. Continue on I-880 S for approximately 15 miles. Take exit 4B for I-280 S toward San Jose. After about 7 miles, use exit 10B to merge onto US-101 S toward Los Angeles. Continue for about 4 miles, then take exit 392A for Montague Expressway. After about 2 miles, turn right onto N 1st Street. Then, take a left onto Mansion Park Drive, and James Lick Mansion will be on your right at 554 Mansion Park Dr, Santa Clara, CA 95054.
Public Transportation

For public transportation, take BART from any East Bay station towards San Francisco. Get off at the Millbrae station and transfer to Caltrain. Take the Caltrain south towards San Jose. Get off at the Santa Clara station. From there, you can take the 60 bus (which costs $2.50) towards the Rivermark area. Get off at the stop for Mansion Park Drive, and the James Lick Mansion will be a short walk from there at 554 Mansion Park Dr, Santa Clara, CA 95054.
