If you are driving from any location in East Bay, take I-80 W towards San Francisco. Use the right 2 lanes to merge onto I-580 W, following signs for San Francisco. Continue on I-580 W, and then merge onto I-80 W. Take the exit towards 5th St/6th St from I-80 W. Continue on 5th St, and turn right onto Market St. The Phelan Building will be on your left at 760 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94102.
