If you're driving from anywhere in East Bay, take I-80 W towards San Francisco. Continue on I-80 W, then merge onto I-580 W. After a few miles, take the exit for US-101 N towards San Francisco. Continue on US-101 N until you reach the exit for Civic Center/Golden Gate Park. Follow the signs to Fulton St. and turn left onto Fulton St. The William Westerfeld House will be on your left at 1198 Fulton St, San Francisco, CA 94117.
