Walking
If you are in downtown Glendale, start by heading south on Brand Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Colorado Boulevard. Turn left onto Colorado Boulevard and continue walking for about 0.7 miles. You will pass various shops and restaurants along the way. Once you reach the intersection with San Fernando Road, turn right and walk about 0.5 miles until you see the entrance to Elysian Park on your left at 835 Academy Rd. Follow the signs to enter the park.

Public Transit
From the Glendale Galleria, walk to the nearest bus stop on Brand Boulevard and take the Metro Bus Line 92 towards 'Pico Rivera'. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the stop at Sunset Blvd & Echo Park Ave. Walk east on Sunset Blvd for about 0.4 miles until you reach Elysian Park. The park entrance will be on your right at 835 Academy Rd.

If you have access to a bike, you can ride from Glendale to Elysian Park. Start by heading south on Brand Boulevard, then turn left onto Colorado Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach San Fernando Road, then turn right. Follow San Fernando Road for about 1 mile, then turn left onto Academy Rd. Elysian Park will be on your left. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow all traffic rules.
