    From central Glendale, walk to the nearest bus stop on Brand Blvd. Catch the Metro Bus Line 92 towards 'Union Station'. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop 'Los Feliz & Sunset'. From there, transfer to Metro Bus Line 96 towards 'Griffith Park'. Ride for approximately 15 minutes, and get off at 'Griffith Park & Zoo Dr'. Walk 5 minutes to the Los Angeles Zoo entrance at 5333 Zoo Dr.

  • Walking

    If you are near the Glendale Galleria, head south on Maryland Ave towards E Broadway. Continue on E Broadway until you reach the intersection with Central Ave. Turn right on Central Ave, then walk straight until you reach the bus stop at Central & Riverside. From here, catch Metro Bus Line 92 and follow the same directions as above.

  • Metro Train

    From the nearest Metro station in Glendale, take the Metro Line 5 towards 'Culver City'. Change at 'Union Station' and switch to the Metro Line 4 towards 'North Hollywood'. Get off at 'Vermont/Sunset' station. From there, you can catch Metro Bus Line 96 towards 'Griffith Park'. After about 10 minutes, get off at 'Griffith Park & Zoo Dr' and walk 5 minutes to the entrance of the Los Angeles Zoo.
