Once at Union Station, transfer to the Metro Line C (Green Line) towards 'Crenshaw'. Get off at 'Crenshaw and Imperial' station. From there, transfer to the Metro Line 125 bus towards 'Manhattan Beach'. Finally, get off at 'Manhattan Beach Pier' stop. The Roundhouse Aquarium is located right at the pier.
