From any location in Glendale, head to the nearest Metro Bus stop. Take the Metro Line 92 towards 'Los Angeles'. Get off at the 'Union Station' stop. Once at Union Station, transfer to the Metro Line C (Green Line) towards 'Crenshaw'. Get off at 'Crenshaw and Imperial' station. From there, transfer to the Metro Line 125 bus towards 'Manhattan Beach'. Finally, get off at 'Manhattan Beach Pier' stop. The Roundhouse Aquarium is located right at the pier.

Start at the nearest Metro Station in Glendale. Take the Metro Line B (Red Line) towards 'Union Station'. At Union Station, switch to the Metro Line C (Green Line) towards 'Crenshaw'. Get off at 'Crenshaw and Imperial' station. Then, catch the Metro Line 125 bus towards 'Manhattan Beach'. After a short ride, disembark at 'Manhattan Beach Pier'. The Roundhouse Aquarium is directly accessible at the pier.

Rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Glendale. Head south on Maryland Ave towards E Colorado St. Turn right onto E Colorado St and continue until you reach San Fernando Rd. Follow San Fernando Rd south until you merge onto the bike path leading to the Los Angeles River. Follow the path to the west until you reach Manhattan Beach. Upon arrival at the beach, head towards the pier where the Roundhouse Aquarium is located.

If you're up for a long walk, start from central Glendale and head south on Brand Blvd. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with E Colorado St. Turn right onto E Colorado St and keep walking until you reach the intersection with San Fernando Rd. From there, keep heading south until you reach Manhattan Beach. Upon arrival, walk towards the pier where you will find the Roundhouse Aquarium.
