From Glendale, walk to the nearest bus stop on Colorado Blvd. Take the Metro 180 bus towards the Westwood/Rancho Park station. Ride the bus for about 15-20 minutes and get off at the stop for Broadway/Hill St. Transfer to the Metro 70 bus towards the El Monte station. Stay on this bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the Lamar St stop. Walk a short distance to 737 Lamar St, and you will find San Antonio Winery on your right.

Begin your journey by walking to the nearest Metro station in Glendale, which is the Glendale station on the Metro Line. Board the Metro Red Line train towards Union Station. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at Union Station. From Union Station, exit and walk to the bus terminal. Board the Metro 70 bus towards El Monte. After about 10 minutes, get off at the Lamar St stop. Walk to 737 Lamar St, and you'll arrive at San Antonio Winery.

If you are feeling adventurous and up for a long walk, you can walk south from central Glendale towards the Los Angeles River. Follow the river south until you reach the bridge at Elysian Park. Cross the bridge and continue walking towards the southwest direction until you reach Lamar St. Turn right on Lamar St and walk for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at San Antonio Winery located at 737 Lamar St.
