Getting There

  • Public Transit

    If you are starting from downtown Glendale, head to the nearest bus stop on Brand Blvd, which is a major thoroughfare. Take the Metro Bus Line 92 towards 'Glendale Mall.' After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Glendale Galleria' stop. From there, transfer to the Metro Bus Line 180 or 181 towards 'Burbank' and stay on for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the stop at 'Whiteman Airport' (closest stop to Twin Peaks). After disembarking, follow the signs to the entrance of the hiking trail leading up to Twin Peaks. The trailhead is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

    If you are staying in a hotel in downtown Glendale, you can walk to Twin Peaks. Start at the corner of Brand Blvd and Colorado St. Walk north on Brand Blvd until you reach the intersection with Verdugo Rd. Here, turn right onto Verdugo Rd and continue walking for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with California 91702. Twin Peaks will be on your left side. The walk will take you around 25-30 minutes, and you’ll enjoy the sights of the city along the way.
