From Hayward, head to the Hayward BART station located at 699 B St, Hayward, CA 94541. Board a train heading towards San Francisco/Daly City. Stay on the train for about 20 minutes until you reach the Embarcadero station. At Embarcadero, transfer to the Montgomery St. station. Once you exit at Montgomery St., walk north on Montgomery St. until you reach California St. Turn left onto California St. and continue walking until you reach Grant Ave. Turn right onto Grant Ave, and The Saloon will be on your left at 1232 Grant Ave.

From any location in Hayward, find your way to the nearest AC Transit bus stop. Take the Line 40 bus, which will take you directly to the San Francisco Transbay Terminal. From the Transbay Terminal, you can catch the Muni 8, 10, or 12 buses. Board any of these buses and ride for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop at Grant Ave & Columbus Ave. From there, walk south on Grant Ave, and The Saloon will be located at 1232 Grant Ave on your right.
