From Hayward City Center, walk to the Hayward BART Station located at 699 B St, Hayward, CA 94541. Take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City and get off at the 16th St Mission station. Transfer to the Muni Bus #37-Corbett towards Forest Hill and get off at the stop at Haight St & Ashbury St. From there, it's a short 2-minute walk to the Grateful Dead House at 710 Ashbury St.

Start at the Hayward BART Station. Board a BART train heading towards San Francisco/Daly City. Get off at the Civic Center/UN Plaza station. From there, transfer to Muni Metro N-Judah line at the underground station and head towards Ocean Beach. Get off at the stop at Stanyan St & Carl St. Walk north on Stanyan St, turn left onto Haight St, and then right onto Ashbury St. The Grateful Dead House will be on your left.
