Getting There

Walking
If you're starting from Hollywood Boulevard, walk towards Highland Avenue. Once you reach Highland Avenue, turn right and continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Sunset Boulevard. Next, turn left onto Sunset Boulevard and walk about 0.3 miles. Look for the entrance to Griffith Park on your right. Follow the signs to the main entrance.

Public Transit
From Hollywood Boulevard, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the Metro Bus Line 1 or 2. You will want to ride the bus towards the direction of the Hollywood and Highland Center. Get off at the stop at Sunset Boulevard and Vermont Avenue. From there, transfer to Bus Line 96, which will take you directly to Griffith Park. Get off at the Griffith Park stop, and follow the signs to the park entrance.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from any of the local bike rental shops on Hollywood Boulevard. Head north on Highland Avenue until you reach Sunset Boulevard, then turn right.
